The songwriter, Ava Marie Smith, is ten years old. She loves to dance, and has performed hip hop dancing at the Presidio in San Francisco. She is good at doing risky things, like doing a backflip into a pool. Ava Marie believes that everyone should be themselves, and dreams for peace in the world.

The musician, Hannah Mayree, is a creative facilitator and musician whose work and art lends itself as a tool for redesigning and reconnecting to our roots as humans on this planet. A banjoist, multi-instrumentalist and vocalist, Hannah shares harmonies through acoustic live vocal looping and reminds us of the empowerment found in our relationship to the earth, music and community. She/They are the co-founder of the Black Banjo Reclamation Project: Cultural Reclamation through Reparations ~ Cultural Revival Through Community.
